• Eligible for returns within 21 days of receiving full-price orders.

• Archive and sample sale items can be exchanged or returned for store credit.

• Items must be unworn, with original tags and packaging.

• Non-returnable items include gift cards and downloadable software products.

• Refunds processed within a certain period, minus original shipping cost.

Exchanges:

• Only defective, damaged, or size change items are eligible for exchanges.

• Customers pay return shipping; we cover shipping for the new item.
