returns & exchange

We offer refunds or exchange within 20 days of your order date.

All returns are subject to inspection - items that have been worn, soiled, altered or damaged, missing tags / label are not eligible to return.

The store credit coupon will be issued for the amount of the piece/s returned excluding the original shipping cost.

The shipping cost incurred for returning item/s to Gooseberry Intimates for an exchange or a e-store credit coupon are not covered or reimbursed by us.

how to return

1. Get in touch with us here we will then provide you with our office address

2. Pack your clothing safely in its original packaging and take it to your local courier

3. We recommend to use a tracked method for safe delivery. If the package does not reach us safely we will not be able to complete the exchange

cancelling an order

UK orders

Because our UK orders are dispatched for 24hrs arrival, UK orders need to be cancelled before 10am after being placed. For example: if you have placed an order on Wednesday evening, you must cancel it before 10am on Thursday.

Worldwide orders

Orders outside the UK can be cancelled withing 24hrs of placement.
