returns & exchange

If you think any product you have ordered isn't suitable, do not worry! We have an amazing team that would be happy to help processing your exchange or returns request . 

Our returns policy on any full price items lasts 21 days. If 21 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must have all the original tags and labels attached, be unworn, unwashed, unsoiled and with no markings or any type of damage. It must also be in the original packaging.

1. Get in touch with us here we will then provide you with our office address

2. Pack your clothing safely in its original packaging and take it to your local courier

3. We recommend to use a tracked method for safe delivery. If the package does not reach us safely we will not be able to complete the exchange

cancelling an order

UK orders

Because our UK orders are dispatched for 24hrs arrival, UK orders need to be cancelled before 10am after being placed. For example: if you have placed an order on Wednesday evening, you must cancel it before 10am on Thursday.

Worldwide orders

Orders outside the UK can be cancelled withing 24hrs of placement.
