RETURNS

If you think any product you have ordered isn't suitable, do not worry! We have an amazing team that would be happy to help processing your exchange or returns request . 

Our returns policy on any full price items lasts 21 days. If 21 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must have all the original tags and labels attached, be unworn, unwashed, unsoiled and with no markings or any type of damage. It must also be in the original packaging.

Non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products

Please make sure you state the code and reason for your return request and add the form in your parcel when you send it back to us.


There are certain situations where refunds are not granted:
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 21 days after delivery

 

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.


If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Please note, the refunded price applies to the original price of the item minus the original cost of shipping (even if we sell the item as "free shipping" the original postage cost you pay will not be refunded).

We do not reimburse you for your postage cost back to us and Items received that are not in perfect condition, or are not deemed faulty, will be returned to you, at your cost. Please use a 'tracked' service as we can only refund items which are returned to us.

 

 LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at hello@gngrbees.com.

 

EXCHANGES

 We only replace items if they are defective, damaged or need a size change. If you need an exchange, just email us at hello@gngrbees.com.



SHIPPING

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

Please use a 'tracked' service as we can only refund items which are returned to us.
